Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

eb44 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at periodic intervals thereafter. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the source payment method after eb44 has satisfied itself regarding the circumstances of the account's creation.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the eb44 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account on eb44, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory fields, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and accessible mobile phone number, and a valid email address to which you have sole access. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

Deposits & Withdrawals

eb44 supports a range of payment methods specifically integrated for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at eb44 is ৳100. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during national public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. eb44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. You must complete the account verification process — including submission of satisfactory identity and address documentation — before any withdrawal can be approved. eb44 may request additional documentation at any time as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

eb44 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment instruments, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

eb44 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all eb44 promotional offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the eb44 Platform are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface. In the event of any ambiguity, eb44's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the eb44 system and a bet reference number has been issued. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. eb44 cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment you initiate a bet placement will remain valid at the moment the system processes your request. Where odds change between the initiation and confirmation of a bet, the Platform will notify you of the new odds, and you may accept or decline.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided under the following circumstances, including but not limited to: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not rescheduled within 24 hours; the event takes place but the specific market on which the bet was placed cannot be settled due to insufficient data; or it is determined that the odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a system or data feed error.

Maximum Winnings: eb44 applies maximum payout limits on a per-bet, per-event, and per-day basis. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to the stated maximum; no additional compensation will be payable.

Casino Game Rules

eb44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their eb44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eb44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eb44 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any feature or section of the Platform at any time for operational, technical, or commercial reasons.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eb44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

eb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement;
• eb44's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or player segment.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, eb44 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address and will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for cause following a finding of material breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method at eb44's discretion, except where the balance is subject to a legal hold or fraud investigation.
